This AK Signature city project from Bharatvasi properties is very much located in the heart of the gauribidanur city surrounded by nature, industries and small mountains. Small mountains are easily and properly visible from the project itself giving a proper feeling of living in natural environment surrounded by ecosystem. Mr Prashant & Bhavana, from Bharatvasi properties provided me an excellent services like cab facility, breakfast on en route, proper explanation of project. Both of the executives are very helpful and did and excellent job by providing every details of the project..

The information given by them is valid for future investments by investing small amounts. They will take care their clients very well, specifically thanks to manager's Harish and Sandeep. Mr.Harish, Manager and Mr. Nischit, Team Leader are excellent having complete information about the project. Mr.Nataraj, is very very good at liaisoning with customers. Had been to a site visit in Apr 2023, was attended by Nivedhita and Akash. Both were very friendly. Akash knew well about the locations in and around the Kiadb sites. Unfortunately couldn't purchase a site.
