However, the rate was slightly higher than expected, which left me uncertain about the investment's value, especially given the longer payback period.Unfortunately, I couldn't proceed with the purchase as I couldn't manage the lump sum cash recommended by the seller. Despite this, the overall experience was moderately good, thanks to the smooth planning and execution of the site visit. It gave me valuable insights into the property market and helped me understand the factors to consider for future investments. Small mountains are easily and properly visible from the project itself giving a proper feeling of living in natural environment surrounded by ecosystem. Had been to a site visit in Apr 2023, was attended by Nivedhita and Akash. Both were very friendly. Akash knew well about the locations in and around the Kiadb sites. Unfortunately couldn't purchase a site.
